Your Responsibilities

• Key point of contact: Primary contact for all DE/AT ecommerce operations & cross-tea coordination.

• Commercial analysis and support: Analyze D2C performance, conduct market benchmarking, and support commercial strategy.

• Website management and merchandising: Own the day-to-day management of the D2C ecommerce in DE/AT: update products, optimize discoverability, and ensure seasonal/commercial relevance.

• Content creation: Create and maintain product and marketing content - ensure clarity and accuracy.

• Product data quality: Improve product data quality with Marketing and Product teams.

• Conversion rate optimization: Optimize conversion rates via analytics, UX improvements, and A/B testing.

• Lead generation and management: Drive website lead generation, distribute leads to resellers, and monitor follow-up.

• Marketing automation support: Implement and manage Klaviyo email marketing; monitor and improve customer communications.

• Agency coordination: Work with our performance marketing and web development agencies who handle traffic acquisition and technical development (with support from our Digital Customer Experience Manager) to align on digital campaigns, customer communication and site enhancements.

Your Profile

• Language skills: Fluent in German & English; content creation & proofreading

• Mindset: Data-driven, analytical & business-minded

• Ecommerce experience: merchandising, content, sales optimization

• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive & self-driven

• Strong collaboration & communication skills

• Familiar with core tools: A/B testing, CRO, email marketing (Klaviyo)

• Passionate for growth: genuine interest in digital commerce & continuous learning

The remuneration is based on the applicable collective agreement in the trade sector, but we are willing to offer above-standard pay depending on your specific qualifications and experience. We offer a minimum gross monthly salary of €3,500. The usual place of work is 4840 Vöcklabruck.
